| Purchased my 99 Jspec Xenon HID Headlights from Ultimate Z for US$1,549.99 plus shipping. I modified the cut-off shield per olyar15 post here on tt.net. I decided to try and make my own halo "angel eyes" for the new headlights with excellent results. (Pictures in another post by me.) The modification was not too difficult after practicing on my stock headlights first. People wanted me to post pics of the installed headlights so here they are! Picture during the day after installing. Those bolts that attach the headlight to the car are a pain in the ass! Too short!

Close up during day. You can kinda see the Halo ring. It is not switched on.

Picture of the 99 Jspec HID with Halos turned on. Wired to come on with the parking lights.

Close up at night.

Another close up.

Extreme close up at night.

HID's on. Damn that is bright!

I think these headlights were worth the money. The light output is great! The halo's (love em' or hate em') turned out great. They are not as bright as I had hoped. I will probably use LED's in the future.
